Electronic Signatures User Permissions

You must grant the appropriate Electronic Signatures User Permissions to the Administrators who are responsible for Electronic Signatures. You can grant all Electronic Signatures-related permissions by granting the Manage Electronic Signatures User Permission, or you can grant or deny specific Electronic Signatures-related sub permissions as needed.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Clicknext to an Admin.
  4. Click next to Manage Electronic Signatures to expand the list of permissions.
  5. Click the check box next to a permission to grant it to the Admin.
    or
    Clear the check box to deny the permission to the Admin.
  6. Click Save.

Each permission is described below.

Permission Description

Manage Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to manage Electronic Signatures in the current LearnCenter.

Add Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to add Electronic Signature custom fields. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to add Electronic Signature custom fields.

Edit Electronic Signature Implementation Rules

Enables Users to edit Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter.

Remove Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to delete Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to delete Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter.

View Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to view all Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter and globally. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view all Electronic Signatures added in the current LearnCenter and globally.

Edit Course Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to edit Electronic Signatures for Courses at the individual Course level. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Electronic Signatures for Courses at the individual Course level.

Edit Class Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to edit Electronic Signatures for Classes at the individual Class level. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Electronic Signatures for Classes at the individual Class level.

Edit Instance Electronic Signatures

Enables Users to edit Electronic Signatures for Instances at the individual Instances level. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Electronic Signatures for Instances at the individual Instances level.

You must also grant or deny Electronic Signature-related permissions found in the Manage Custom Fields User Permission category.
